A privately owned independent company, Hometrax was established in 1992 with the aim of satisfying a growing tenant demand for residential properties to rent  in Cranleigh and the West Surrey - Sussex border areas. Hometrax soon became a recognised specialist letting agency offering professional property management to many Landlords in its operating area.

Hometrax now has a large portfolio of managed properties, ranging from studio flats to large country houses, which is administered by a dedicated team of letting agents equipped with a comprehensive knowledge of the letting industry and the local area. To ensure we deliver the best possible service our staff are fully qualified to the standards set by the letting industry’s guiding body The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).

Hometrax maintains a large database of potential tenants seeking accommodation on both a short and long term basis.
